Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Face + Body products and select Accessories that come into direct contact with skin. All other product categories (Footwear, Jeans & Trousers, Knitwear & Sweats, Outerwear, Shorts, and Tops) are eligible for returns.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at:

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)
