All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Tomeans Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All Face + Body products
- Select Accessories that come into direct contact with skin
All other product categories (Footwear, Jeans & Trousers, Knitwear & Sweats, Outerwear, Shorts, and Tops) are eligible for returns.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply).
International Returns
For our global customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in your original payment currency
