Tomeans Store strives to accurately display the colors and details of our premium contemporary fashion items (including Accessories, Face + Body products, Footwear, Jeans & Trousers, Knitwear & Sweats, Outerwear, Shorts, and Tops). However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products without notice.

2.3 Hygiene Restrictions

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (including all Face + Body products and select Accessories that come into direct contact with skin) cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment (includes tracking and insurance)
2. Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50 USD with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment (includes basic tracking)

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

• Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided

5.2 Return Process

2. Wait for authorization and return instructions
3. Package items securely with the provided RMA number visible

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with return shipments. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
